RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICY

Reservations are required. A valid credit card number is required for all appointments at the time of reservation to secure your appointment. 

A 48-hour cancellation notice is required for all appointments or a $69 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card.

When making a new reservation, purchasing a promotion online, in person, any other deal sites customer acknowledges and accepts their card will be charged, if the 48-hour cancellation policy is not met.

All Prepaid internet deal site purchases, prepaid email packages, all in-house prepaid services, and gift card/gift certificate purchases are non-refundable.
